Job Description
  • Will be responsible for managing Project Sales / Channel Sales / Distribution Sales.
  • Cold Calling / Customer management / Business Generation
  • Will be responsible for the business growth as per the vision of the company.
  • Identify /develop and nurture business partners through frequent visits and trainings.
  • Provide technical and business support to the partners.
  • Arranging demo at the clients place for product briefing in coordination with BDD.
  • Creating strong brand awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and Revenues at the same time.
  • Analysing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets.
  • To acquire more and more new relevant business partners and also gather vital competitor info
  • To have proper daily MIS reporting in excel to the Management for the internal as well as external activities for the assessment of their own performance.
  • Candidate should have Domain experience in sales of Fire Alarm and PA Systems.
  • Minimum domain experience should be 5 to 10 years in Channel sales, System Integrators Business of Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm and Analog and IP PA Systems and technically well versed.
  • Candidate Should know the local language along with Fluent in English and Hindi with minimum basic understanding of of latest Computer Technology like MS office , SAP will be a advantage.
